Acquisition of Mosaic Board Print

Yeasbha and I super devoted to share that we’ve completed the acquisition of Mosaic Board Printers Ltd as part of YAD Capital Investments.

Mosaic Board Printers Ltd is a business with real substance, over 30 years of history, strong customer relationships, and a skilled team of 25+ people in #Kettering who clearly care about what they do. That combination is exactly what we look for.

For us, it’s not only about the numbers. It’s about backing good businesses with good people and creating an environment where they can continue to grow without losing their identity.

Mosaic Board Printers Ltd complements our existing portfolio well, adding further depth to our manufacturing and production capabilities and we’re confident there’s a lot more to come from the business over the next few years.
