YAD Capital Investments was founded by a husband-and-wife team who brought together two very different, yet deeply complementary, backgrounds. As a young family, they understood the importance of stability, legacy and building something that lasts. Those same beliefs guide the way they operate the company today.

Anil, with a strong foundation in finance, has always been fascinated by the impact small and medium-sized businesses have on families, local communities and generational wealth. In 2021, he took a leap of faith and committed himself full-time to the mission of acquiring and stewarding UK SME’s. What began as an idea quickly evolved into a long-term calling.

Yeasbha, a secondary teacher with a background in design, brought a creative, human-centred and empathetic approach to the journey. After years of shaping young minds and guiding future designers, she joined YAD Capital Investments full-time in summer 2025, adding clarity, warmth and a design-driven lens to how the firm understands and improves businesses.

Together, they recognised not just the financial value of established, profitable SME businesses, but the human value - the stories, the teams, the loyal customers and the decades of dedication that lie behind every family business. They believe businesses are not merely transactions or spreadsheets; they are someone’s life’s work. This philosophy became the foundation of their family-run investment approach.
