Yeasbha is the Co-Founder and CEO of YAD Capital Investments, bringing a human-centered, design-informed perspective to the firm’s operations, culture and value creation. With a background in teaching and design, she naturally understands how to connect with people, simplify complexity and bring clarity, structure and creativity to the businesses YAD Capital acquires.

After a successful career as a secondary school teacher for 10 years, Yeasbha joined YAD Capital full-time in summer 2025, following a career break to align her path with the family’s long-term vision. Her transition into the firm marked an important evolution - transforming YAD Capital from an investment company into a true family business grounded in empathy, responsibility and long-lasting impact.

At YAD Capital, she focuses on improving operations, strengthening culture, supporting team development and ensuring that the firm’s values are reflected in every decision. Her approach blends thoughtful communication, strong organization and people-first problem solving, making her a stabilizing and inspiring force within the company.

As a wife, mother and business owner, Yeasbha embodies the belief that legacy businesses should be cared for like family.
