Anil is the Co-Founder and CEO of YAD Capital Investments, leading the firm’s acquisition strategy, financial analysis and long-term operational planning. With a strong foundation in finance and a deep respect for small and medium-sized businesses, Anil brings a disciplined, analytical and steady approach to identifying high-quality companies and helping them grow sustainably.

After spending 15 years in finance, Anil transitioned full-time into the search and acquisition journey in 2021, driven by a vision to build a family-run holding company that protects and elevates legacy businesses. What began as a dream quickly turned into a mission to acquire and steward companies not for short-term returns but for long-term preservation and growth.

Anil is known for his transparency, integrity and commitment to doing right by sellers, employees and the communities each business serves. As both an investor and operator, he focuses on building strong foundations, improving systems and creating environments where businesses and people can thrive for decades.

Outside of work, Anil is a dedicated husband and father, shaping YAD Capital’s philosophy as a family-first enterprise.
